Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all the Union European, Schengen Area, and United Kingdom with DHL, TNT Express, FEDEX, or CTT. If you live somewhere that’s not in these countries, please send us an email:


How long will it take to receive my order?

We always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email together with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday 9 am-4 pm CET.

During the festive season or holiday season, the demand for our products is higher than normal. This means we might not be able to deliver your goods in the time frame listed.


Where is my order and how can I track it?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will then start to process your order as soon as possible. When the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered. Which shipping options do you offer?

PortugalHome delivery (CTT) - 1-3 business days

Europe: Express delivery (TNT) - 3-5 business days

Schengen Area and the United Kingdom: Express delivery TNT or DHL - 3-5 business days

What are the shipping costs?

The Boot Institute orders are delivered Monday to Friday. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your chosen items.

  • Portugal Continental and Spain: Free Shipping for all orders
  • Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Estonia): Shipping costs for all orders
    • Schengen Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Czech Republic): Shipping costs for all orders
    • United Kingdom:  Shipping costs for all orders.

    Orders to be delivered in the EU have no duties, so you will not pay any extra fee or customs taxes.

    For the rest of the world we ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

    If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it is sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will NOT be refundable.
